This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit perfectpicksdeals.com (the “Site”), and what choices and rights you have. Please read it together with our Affiliate Disclosure.
1. Who We Are
Perfect Picks Deals is a personal website operated by Elssir M. Elhassan, an individual based in Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us” or “our”). We decide why and how the personal information described in this policy is processed. You can contact us at info@perfectpicksdeals.com.
2. What We Collect, Why, and How Long We Keep It

Providing your information is optional. If you choose not to, we may not be able to reply to your message or record your newsletter request. We collect personal information directly from you, through our forms, and automatically, through server logs. We try to collect only what we need.
We also use Google Search Console to see aggregated information about how our pages appear in Google Search, such as search queries, impressions and clicks. This information does not identify individual visitors, and we do not send visitor information to Google through it.
3. Contact Form and Newsletter Subscription Form
When you submit our contact form or newsletter subscription form, your submission is delivered to our email inbox at info@perfectpicksdeals.com through the Site’s email system. Submissions then stay in that mailbox until we delete them.
At the moment we do not send regular newsletters, and we do not use an email marketing service. Submitting the subscription form does not mean you will automatically receive marketing emails. We may start sending a newsletter in the future. If we do, we will first ask the people who subscribed to confirm that they agree to receive it, every newsletter will include a way to unsubscribe, and we will update this policy.
You can ask us at any time to delete your information. We do not sell your email address.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. When we last checked in October 2026, visiting our pages did not set any analytics or advertising cookies in a visitor’s browser, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools on the Site. WordPress sets cookies for administrators when they log in to manage the Site.
This can change if we add new features or tools. If it does, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may not work as expected.
5. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Websites
Some links on the Site may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you click such a link, you leave our Site, and the company or affiliate network may place its own cookies on your device to track the referral. We do not control these third parties or their privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies. The same applies to any other website we link to.
6. Comments
The Site does not currently offer a comment feature. If we turn it on in the future, we will update this policy to explain what information we collect through comments.
7. Who Handles Information on Our Behalf
We do not sell your personal information. We rely on the following providers and tools to run the Site:

8. International Transfers
We operate from Saudi Arabia. Our hosting and email providers may store or process information in other countries, which may have different data protection rules from your country. Some countries, including Saudi Arabia and the member states of the EU, place conditions on transferring personal data abroad. We aim to follow those conditions by limiting the personal information we collect, using established providers, and reviewing their terms. 9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:
- To know what personal information we hold about you, why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To access your information and receive a copy in a clear, readable format
- To correct, complete or update your information
- To ask us to delete information we no longer need, or that you no longer want us to hold
- To withdraw your consent at any time
- For people in the EU and UK: to object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, to receive your information in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority
- For people in Saudi Arabia: to complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the authority that oversees the Personal Data Protection Law
- For people in California: to the extent California privacy law applies to us, to ask what we hold about you and to ask us to delete or correct it. We do not sell personal information.
How to make a request. Email us at info@perfectpicksdeals.com with the subject “Privacy request”, tell us what you want and which country you live in, and use the email address connected to your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will reply within the time required by the law that applies to your request, and we aim to reply within 30 days in any case. If your request is complex, we may need more time, and we will tell you why. We do not charge a fee, and if we cannot do what you ask, we will explain the reason.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect personal information, but no website or email system is completely secure. If a data breach affects your rights or interests, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and if the changes are important, we will make that clear on the Site.
